DO YOU SUFFER FROM POOR SLEEP?
Do you often feel tired or lethargic during the day? Regularly suffer from a poor night’s sleep or maybe keep your partner awake due to excessive snoring?
If this sounds like your situation, rest assured you’re not alone. In Australia today, and across the western world, these experiences are becoming more common.
These are typical symptoms of sleep disorders, which often are diagnosed as Sleep Apnoea. The good news is there are options to treat your situation and improve your sleep.
WHY SEE A DENTIST?
At Absolute Sleep we help patients reduce snoring and control Obstructive Sleep Apnoea through a variety of treatments including the use of oral appliances, positional therapy and CPAP.
You may not know that not all dentists are trained in the treatment of sleep disorders. There are only a small number of trained dentists in Australia with the expertise and experience to administer oral sleep specialist treatment.

Each week we receive many referrals for treating people with Sleep Apnoea. We regularly engage with a network of GPs, sleep physicians, ENT specialists and other dentists.
There are several treatment methods available today – from the well known Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) method that delivers air via a mask, to the more recent discovery of oral appliances, which provide a less intrusive, easy to manage and clean treatment option.
